Tahoe Donner

Located in the upper region of Truckee and offers two ski areas, restaurants, a golf course, equestrian center, & a campground. Tahoe Donner is a homeowner’s association that has more than 6,300 property owners. A family friendly community with swimming pools and lots to do, including a private beach at Donner Lake, this area is about 80% second homes.
